Terms of Use
These Terms explain how users, sellers, businesses, and visitors may use Myparts.am as an auto parts marketplace, request platform, messaging tool, business-profile directory, and mobile app.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using Myparts.am, creating an account, publishing a listing, contacting a seller, sending messages, submitting a request, creating or managing a business profile, or using the mobile app, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you use Myparts on behalf of a company, shop, supplier, or other business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and age requirements
You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. Myparts is not directed to children and may not be used by anyone under 16. Users under the age of majority may use the platform only with involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
3. User accounts
- You must provide accurate account, contact, and profile information.
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for securing devices where you stay logged in.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless caused by our security failure.
- You must promptly update outdated email, phone, business-profile, branch, contact-channel, messaging, or listing information.
4. Email and phone verification
Myparts may require email and/or phone verification before enabling account features, contact visibility, request management, business tools, analytics, or listing publication. Verification helps reduce spam and fraud but does not guarantee the identity, reliability, stock, or performance of any user or business.
5. Business onboarding and business profiles
- Businesses may be asked to provide business name, addresses and branches, phone numbers, contact channels, working hours, photos, website/social links, services, sell-item categories, supported makes or generations, specialization, and other onboarding details.
- Myparts may review, approve, reject, suspend, hide, or request changes to business profiles and later profile changes. Some edits may remain pending until admin review is complete.
- Business approval means only that the account passed platform checks at that time. It is not a license, certification, endorsement, legal guarantee, financial guarantee, technical guarantee, authenticity guarantee, or warranty of future performance.
- Business-profile, analytics, and incoming-request features may be limited until email verification, phone verification, profile completion, and admin approval are complete. The mobile app may show business-profile information in read-only mode while profile creation or edits are handled on the website.
6. Marketplace role disclaimer
Myparts is a marketplace and technology platform that helps users discover auto parts, businesses, individual sellers, company profiles, and price quote opportunities. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Myparts is not the seller, buyer, repair shop, carrier, payment processor, escrow agent, warranty provider, or party to transactions between users.
Sellers and businesses are responsible for their listings, offers, communications, messages, pricing, stock status, delivery arrangements, returns, warranties, legal compliance, and keeping public business-profile details accurate.
7. Messaging and communications
Myparts may provide in-platform messaging, quote conversations, notifications, contact buttons, and similar communication tools to help buyers, sellers, and businesses discuss parts, requests, fitment, pricing, availability, delivery, and support matters.
Messages and contact tools must be used only for lawful marketplace-related communication. Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, tone, promises, prices, warranties, files, photos, links, and other content they send.
- Do not use messages for spam, scams, phishing, harassment, threats, illegal offers, counterfeit goods, credential requests, payment fraud, or attempts to move users into unsafe transactions.
- Myparts may store message records, delivery/read status, attachments, reports, and related metadata to operate messaging, provide support, investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.
- Myparts does not guarantee that messages will be delivered immediately, read by recipients, monitored in real time, or kept available indefinitely.
8. Product listings and vehicle fitment
- Listings, business-profile details, and responses to quote requests must be truthful, current, and lawful.
- Sellers are responsible for part names, condition, brand, price, stock availability, photos, compatibility, description accuracy, and any statement made in chats, calls, or request replies.
- Myparts does not guarantee authenticity, origin, mileage, condition, quality, legality, seller authority, or availability of listed parts.
- Vehicle compatibility tools, categories, search filters, images, make/model/generation restrictions, and suggestions are informational only.
- Users must verify fitment by VIN, OEM number, vehicle generation, engine, trim, side, axle, dimensions, and seller confirmation before purchase.
9. User-generated content
You keep ownership of content you submit, including listings, photos, descriptions, reviews, business information, branch details, supported-vehicle restrictions, request replies, direct messages, chat attachments, and other marketplace communications. You grant Myparts a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, resize, display, distribute, translate, and use that content for operating, securing, promoting, and improving the platform.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload and share the content you provide and that business-profile content is accurate enough for public display.
10. Prohibited items and conduct
- Counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, illegally imported, restricted, or misrepresented parts.
- False stock, fake prices, misleading compatibility claims, bait-and-switch offers, or request replies that intentionally mislead buyers.
- Creating duplicate or fake business profiles, impersonating another company, hiding material business information, or bypassing approval/review flows.
- Spam, scraping, automated abuse, phishing, malware, credential harvesting, or attempts to bypass security.
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, illegal content, or disclosure of another person’s private information.
- Uploading photos or documents that you do not own or have permission to use.
- Messaging abuse, including spam, scams, phishing links, payment fraud, harassment, threats, illegal offers, or attempts to collect credentials or sensitive data.
11. Intellectual property
Myparts trademarks, logos, software, design, page structure, databases, and platform content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or reuse the platform except as permitted by law or written permission.
Vehicle brands, part brands, and third-party marks belong to their respective owners and may be used only for identification and compatibility reference.
12. Pricing, payments, delivery, and shipping
Prices, discounts, delivery times, shipping options, installation terms, and payment methods are provided by sellers, businesses, or third-party services unless Myparts expressly states otherwise. Myparts does not guarantee that a price remains available, that stock exists, or that delivery will occur by a specific date.
If payment functionality or payment links are offered, payment providers may apply their own terms, privacy notices, fees, verification, fraud checks, chargeback rules, and restrictions.
13. Returns, warranties, and disputes
Returns, refunds, replacements, warranties, installation issues, and buyer-seller disputes are primarily between the buyer and seller or business. Myparts may provide tools, records, or support channels to help resolve issues, but does not guarantee any outcome.
Users should keep seller contact details, order records, photos, fitment confirmations, and warranty terms before completing a transaction.
14. Fraud prevention, abuse, and spam
Myparts may use automated and manual checks to detect fraud, suspicious behavior, duplicate accounts, fake listings, spam requests, messaging abuse, credential abuse, misleading business-profile data, and security risks. We may limit visibility, delay publication, request verification, remove content, reject pending changes, restrict messages, requests or analytics, or suspend accounts when needed to protect users and the platform.
15. Platform availability and third-party services
We work to keep Myparts available and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or always-current service. Search, image processing, maps, analytics, notifications, messaging, email, hosting, CDN, storage, payment, and social login features may depend on third-party services that we do not control.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myparts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for disputes, losses, vehicle damage, incorrect fitment, counterfeit goods, unavailable stock, seller conduct, inaccurate business-profile data, rejected or delayed profile changes, missed requests, delayed or undelivered messages, shipping failures, or third-party service outages arising from marketplace use.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
17. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, hide, or terminate access if we believe a user violates these Terms, creates risk, harms other users, abuses platform systems, fails verification, provides inaccurate business-profile data, or is required to be restricted by law. You may stop using the platform or delete your account through account settings where available.
18. Governing law
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, unless mandatory consumer protection or data protection laws in your location require otherwise. Courts or authorities with mandatory jurisdiction may still apply local rights that cannot be waived.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect platform changes, legal requirements, security needs, or business operations. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Material changes may be communicated through the website, app, email, or account notice when appropriate.
